Epsom, 82 East Street, KT17 1HF. Purchased a commercial unit with 2 flats on the top. Planning granted within 18 months for the conversion of the building into 6 self contained flats. 3 x 1 bedroom, 3 x 3 bedroom.

Kingston, 43 Fassett road, conversion of existing house into 2 self contained flats. 1 x 2 bed flat and 1 x 3 bed flat
Project 4
Croydon, CR0 3PS, 55 midhurst avenue, end of terraced property. Complete refurbishment.
